The date is April 28, 2009, Apple faces suit made my Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF). The suit was due to defend the First Amendment rights of a noncommercial forum online.
According to the Electronic Frontier Foundation's document submitted to the court, the made changes to iTunesDB makes it incapable of working with competing media management software.
