We are in the age of Web 2.0, where online communities are at its very core. People have never been this connected. Businesses have never used an advertisement platform as different as in previous years.
But do you ever wonder how these online communities even started? I'm pretty sure that it started with simplistic chat rooms, which eventually turned to the social networks we have today.
