Every single day of the year, there are millions of users that log on to their favorite online forums, or communities and even their social spaces, in order to interact with others, getting advice as well as discussing everything that is going on, from the latest in news that is going on, current event and trends to hobbies and even professions, with limitless possibilities.
Leading these communities are administrators who have to deal with difficult users, manage staff members, as well as make tough decisions.
