LATINO Magazine presented a Latino Issues Forum at the St. Regis Hotel, on Wednesday, September 23, in an attempt to explore the impact of health reform on the Latino community. This event had been scheduled to commence with a networking reception in the outdoor terrace of the elegant hotel.
